Job Description

  • Perform general reception duties including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, incoming and outgoing mails, and couriers.
  • Assist in administrative support, including daily operation, office supplies management, name card printing and stationery ordering.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Perform outdoor duties, cheque bank-in if necessary.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with MS Office in Excel, Words, PowerPoints.
  • Good command in English and Chinese; able to speak Mandarin.
