Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, registering guests, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Support other team members by handling document printing, copying, scanning, and data entry as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth daily operations


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
