We are currently looking for a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to provide office administrative supportto cope with the fast-growing business.
Job Duties:
- Perform general reception duties including handling incoming calls, emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Organize the reception area and maintain office tidy and presentable.
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies procurement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficient processes.
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is a MUST.
- 1-3 years admin/ HR / receptionist experience is preferable.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn new things, positive attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
