Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, and providing first-line support to colleagues
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area and ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying and mail handling
  • Organizing different activities and events for the company team building
  • Contributing to the overall smooth running of the office and supporting the wider team as needed
