Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle all-round office administrative duties, including office supplies procurement.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions they may have.
- Responsible for the maintenance and procurement of office machines.
- Coordinate with internal staff and contractors for job arrangements and follow-up actions.
- Receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail, etc.
- Perform ad hoc tasks, such as supporting company events or internal meetings.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing (both English and Chinese).
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Ability to work under pressure.
