Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all-round office administrative duties, including office supplies procurement.
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions they may have.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and procurement of office machines.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and contractors for job arrangements and follow-up actions.
  • Receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail, etc.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks, such as supporting company events or internal meetings.


Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing (both English and Chinese).
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
