Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily receptionist duties in a professional manner, including handling company phone calls, tea concierges, greeting guests, meeting room bookings and setup, courier and mail arrangements, etc.
  • Manage fixed asset records and stock taking and responsible for management of maintenance of office facilities and equipment
  • Responsible for handling stationery and office supplies ordering, and coordinate with Tea Lady on daily refreshment preparation, office cleaning and environment management etc.
  • Management company's daily operating bills, related payment applications and reimbursements
  • Management the executive’s schedule
  • Support in data collection if required
  • Assist in coordination of company event and employee activities
  • Provide daily support for HR & Admin department if required
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), English
  • Hands on skills of MS Office (including PPT) and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Mature, good team player, cheerful, polite, outgoing and self-motivated
  • Independent and willing to learn
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
