Job Description

  • Perform receptionist and office administrative duties
  • Greet and assist visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Handle  phone calls, mail, couriers, and packages
  • Responsible for making conference room reservations and maintaining conference facilities
  • Maintain the tidiness of the office and conference room area
  • Procure office supplies, pantry items, and stationery
  • Issue the end-of-the-month invoice to clients
  • Data Entry for the accounting system
  • Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Outgoing work is required when necessary
