Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties

• Responsible for sub-letting, preparing cost estimates, site measurements valuation of variations and settlement of final account;

• Handle commerical related works from head of department;

• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in building construction or maintenance works;

• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;

• Fresh graduates or candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of AQS.
