Quantity Surveyor

Major roles and responsibilities:

• Tender analysis, documentation, and submission;
• Project cost estimation, budgeting, and control;
• Variation measurement, assessment, and submission;
• Settlement of the final accounts’ settlement with main contractors;
• Project administration

Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, alternative Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm;
• Immediate available would be preferred.
