Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all quantity surveying tasks, covering both pre and post-contract phases
• Prepare tender documentation and monitor project budgets and costing
• Measure and assess the value of sub-contracts and support the agreement of interim and final accounts
• Examine project documents to find variations in value, handle subcontract payments and prepare statement of sub-contract liabilities
• Perform cost analysis, maintain budget control, conduct measurements and compile records at construction sites.

• Travel overseas is required

  
  

Job Requirements

• 5 years or above of quantity surveying experience
• Higher Diploma / Degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or related disciplines.
• Strong numerical sense, excellent data interpretation & analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of written in English and Chinese
• Good PC skills.

• Experienced in Luxury Retail (Fitting out, Facade) projects (Hong Kong / China) is preferred
