Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveying at Universal Dockyard Holdings Limited', you will play a key role in assisting the management team in QS aspects of our large-scale construction projects and tender bidding. Based in our Kwun Tong office, this full-time position will involve managing the commercial and contractual elements of our projects to ensure successful delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the commercial administration for assigned construction projects and tender bidding

• Monitor project budgets and cash flow, identifying and mitigating financial risks

• Negotiate and finalize contractual terms with clients and subcontractors

• Liaise with quantity surveyors, procurement teams and project managers

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

• Support project teams, continuous improvement of commercial processes and systems

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of relevant experience in a commercial/quantity surveying role within the construction industry

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues

• Proficient in contract administration, cost control and project reporting

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and management skills
