Quantity Surveyor (Facade)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all quantity surveying tasks, covering both pre and post-contract phases
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing
• Measure and assess the value of sub-contracts and support the agreement of interim and final accounts
• Examine project documents to find variations in value, handle subcontract payments and prepare statement of sub-contract liabilities

• Perform cost analysis, maintain budget control, conduct measurements and compile records at construction sites.

Requirements:

• A higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or Construction- related subjects
• At least 3 years' relevant experience working for contractors, preferably in the façade industry
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen
• A proactive, well-organized, and independent approach to work, including the ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience will consider as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
