Quality Assurance Analyst (fresh grad welcome!)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and collaborative Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end quality assurance of our software products, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered with high quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software testing methodologies and hands-on experience with both manual testing and mobile testing on simulators/emulators.

This position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about delivering flawless software.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with the development and project teams.
• Develop test cases aligned with diverse business requirements.
• Execute test cases.
• Generate testing result reports and document problem logs for relevant stakeholders.
• Furnish test result records and coordinate with internal teams to resolve identified defects.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Information Technology or a related discipline
• A minimum of 1 years of professional experience in software testing. Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Analyst.
• Demonstrated proficiency in software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Experience in mobile testing utilizing on-premise device simulators and emulators
• Demonstrated expertise in the development of test plans, the creation of manual or automated test scripts, and the execution of comprehensive software testing.

• Familiarity with the following IT domains is advantageous, but not mandatory:

  • Python programming
  • Web-based application architecture
  • Open API and Microservices
  • JSON and XML
  • Cybersecurity measures, particularly those pertaining to web page vulnerabilities
  • Test automation tools or frameworks

Preferred Experience:

• QA working experience with vendors.
• Familiarise with the systematic process of test case management
• Exposure to Agile Testing
