About the Role:
- Report to Purchasing Manager
- Provide support to the purchasing team, e.g. handle NEC tender document circulation, scanning and filing
- Handle purchasing activities, order processing/ executions and P/O follow-up
- Perform data consolidation and prepare purchasing reports
- Assist other tasks as assigned by the Manager
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- DSE graduate or above
- Experience in construction site is preferred
- Experience in accounting will be a plus
- Reasonable level of written / spoken English
- Familiar with MS Office (MS Word, Excel), SAP / HA+ / Pablo / Outlook
