About the role

Are you looking to join a fast-growing Japanese company with great benefits? We are seeking an Appraiser(Purchase team member) to join our team. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to apply your customer service and evaluation skills to support the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct thorough appraisals of customer items and provide accurate assessments of their value
• Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain detailed records of all appraisals and transactions
• Responsible for shop daily operations, stock processing and replenishment etc.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and pricing to ensure accurate and competitive evaluations
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduate  WELCOME! Knowledge or interest in branded/ luxury item is a plus 

• Proven experience in a customer-facing appraisal or evaluation role will be consider as a senior position
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive experience for all customers
• Proactive, enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented with Good communication skills
• A keen interest in the latest market trends and a desire to continuously expand your knowledge
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin, knowledge in Korean will be a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table etc.), PowerPoint) will be an advantage
