Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Handle all pre- and post-contract QS duties under NEC contract terms.
• Support cost planning, target cost build-up and activity schedule.
• Prepare and review interim payments, CE quotations, variations and final accounts.
• Monitor budget, target cost, pain/gain and cash flow and issue commercial reports.
• Keep records for CEs, EOT and claims and support dispute

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• 5–8 years’ QS experience in Hong Kong civil / infrastructure works, public works and large site formation / road / drainage / SPS / footbridge experience is an advantage.
• Practical NEC experience
• Strong skills in measurement, cost analysis, CE quotation and claims.
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Proficient in MS Office;
