Project Quantity Surveyor

 Responsibilities:

Provide all on site quantity surveying and contract administration services  include scrutiny/preparation of cost estimates, tenders, contracts and subcontract documents, evaluation of variation order and payment claims and settlement of final accounts etc.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Building / Civil projects;
• Good command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin would be an advantage);
• Experience in Housing Project will be and added advantage
• Candidates with less experience or academic/professional qualifications are welcome to apply, who will be considered for the posts of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
