Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Building Engineer (Site Based)

Wang Yip Construction Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Tai Cheung Holdings Limited (Stock: 0088), a publicly listed property developer, has been engaged in Hong Kong’s property development and investment for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a high-caliber candidate to join our team.

Reporting to Project-in-charge, the incumbent’s key responsibilities are to:

• Manage building construction with objective oriented
• Master the controls of works progress Vs planning in terms of quality, cost, safety and environmental aspects
• Manage the government sectors, utilities, consultants, sub-contractors and internal departments
• Establish / Review of programs Vs works controls and recommendation
• Project administration including sub-letting and tender work
• Review site planning Vs construction stages incorporating with site logistic management
• Manage the IN/OUT correspondences

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building discipline.  Degree with professional qualification would be an advantage

• Minimum 10 years’ main contractors work experience in building projects

• Master of project administration and controls measures
• Master of construction planning and sequence of works including detailed site planning and logistics
• Good communication, negotiation, supervisory and interpersonal skills

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sr. Project Coordinator / Building Engineer

• Proficiency in MS Project and PowerPoint is a MUST
