Project Manager

Job Description:
• Strong stakeholder management skills in DRIVING Internal & External parties not limit to business users, vendors, regional stakeholders and IT team parties
• Facilitate cross functional workshops and meetings to ensure all projects are correctly scoped and key tasks/issues identified
• Carry out analysis and present recommendations on specific business problems when required
• Able to provide presales support to sales team and partners

Requirements:
• University graduate with a degree preferably in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis with solid functional understanding in Manufacturing System and preferred in Garment industry, and over 3 years experiences in managerial role with strong project implementation background
• Experience in delivery of successful projects implementation within timeline, budget, and quality work.
• Strong Business Processes Knowledge in one or 2 areas from Manufacturing ( Preferred Garment ), Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance and HR
• Strong People Skills & problem solving skills
• Strong analytical mind with good communication & interpersonal skill
• Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
• Good knowledge of multiple aspects of the Garment industry is advantageous
• Professional Qualifications in PMP, Agile, Scrum will be an advantage
• Fluent in English and Cantonese communication and Putonghua proficiency will be an advantage
• Frequent Travel to China, Vietnam and Cambodia
