Project Manager

About the role

Prohab Group Limited is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team in Hong Kong Island. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful setup and delivery of our new innovative retailed healthcare service projects. With a strong focus on collaboration and strategic thinking, you will ensure our initiatives are executed to the highest standard and aligned with the company's overall objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals and suppliers, to align on project goals and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient project management practices
• Ensure smooth operation of the business
• Deploy marketing initiatives as per instruction

What we're looking for

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or FMCG industries
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track milestones
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of setup and manage chained retailed service operation
• Familiarity with franchise operation is an advantage
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
