Project Manager

����‍����Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project timeline and detailed workplan (e.g., recruitment, program design, training, events).
• Coordinate between different departments (marketing, training, app development) to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and provide regular updates to the Project Director and key stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks and ensure contingency plans are in place to address potential challenges.
• Oversee staff onboarding and ensure team members are aligned with their roles and responsibilities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
  

���� Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in community-focused projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
