Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Assist in one of the most successful Home Repair class event organizer in Hong Kong

• Operate and optimize class events & class material storage & logistics

• Manage and enhance events through improving rundown, class venue, tools, etc

• Communicate and relate effectively with trainers, prospective students, partners & alumni

• Administrative duties, including receipts & invoice handling, preparing class and enrolment reports, updating websites & notes

• Assist in other ad hoc assignments

What we are looking for:

• Eager to learn, capable of multitasking, a good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills

• Take pride and ownership of your work

• Be resourceful to solve problems and make enhancement.

• Enjoy working in a start-up and open environment

• Keep learning the best practices and improving skill sets

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese typing

• Strong awareness on customer experience & high standard of brand image

• Immediately available is preferred
