The Roles:
As part of the Fashion-Pop (Retail Operation Team of DX design hub), this role will be focusing on:
1. Daily Retail Operations:
- Regular stock-taking
- Maintain the retail space in good standard
- Products on linesheet input on and withdraw from POS system regularly
- Customer services, data capture and incident report
2. Visual Merchandising:
- Product displays
- Remerchandising
- Mannequin dressing & styling
- Props and tools inventory
3. Events and Workshops:
- Assist in communications with different stakeholders, including external brands/designers and vendors
- Handle logistics, coordination, monitoring of work progress, result evaluation and reporting
4. Administrative Works:
- To ensure all documentation are in compliance with governance and HKDC's SOP
- Handle financial and accounting processes for the team including quotation comparisons, purchase forms, contract approval, payment requests, etc
5. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations. Experience in event management and/or visual merchandising is a plus;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- Demonstrating a proactive and resourceful mindset, as well as possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
