Project Director (Station in Sanya)

A French 5 starred resort hotel located in the best location of Haitang Bay, with 477 rooms full beach access is now hiring for a Project Director to join us. You will oversee the engineering construction for Hotel & Property developing projects. This role requires strong technical expertise and effective project management skills to ensure successful project execution.

As a Project Director, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of construction, decoration fitting-out and maintenance in hotel and property developing projects.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors for smooth project execution.
• Managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality and performance standards.
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges promptly.
• Preparing reports and documentation for project updates and reviews.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the local management team.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in BS Engineering, M&E Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 yrs of experience.
• Strong knowledge of refurbishment and maintenance processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols in the property industry.
• Good communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.
