Project Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design. If you are detail-oriented, innovative, and passionate about creating inspiring spaces, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial (especially in the banking sector) and residential projects from design presentation to job completion
• Collaborate closely with the project team to meet deadlines
• Create and manage a complete set of detailed construction drawings
• Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and prepare presentations and design proposals
• Conduct site visits and attend site meetings
• Revise drawings according to construction progress and client feedback
• Select and recommend materials that meet project specifications and budget constraints

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in interior design or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an architectural or related design environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, innovative, self-motivated, and able to work independently
