Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor (Fitting out)

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent visits to residential fitting-out sites to monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Director.
• Collaborate directly with internal fitting-out teams to manage project site manpower, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely task completion.
• Conduct on-site measurements and furniture specifications to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Effectively coordinate interior design project specifications and client expectations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Help resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Graduated in relevant disciplines, Advanced Diploma or above.
• 2 years or above work experience in project coordination/site supervisor or a similar role (preferably in the interior design industry).
• Experience in managing construction sites, with a strong understanding of furniture measurements and specifications.
• Possess knowledge of interior design to effectively manage interior projects and meet client expectations.
• Familiarity with the procurement of building materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Immediate available is an advantage.
