Job Purpose:
The Programme Executive assists in the implementation of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Service (MHPSS) in areas related to training, youth programme, and emergency services.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Service) to implement the mental health and psychosocial support training conducted for internal staff and volunteers, and external stakeholders including NGO partners, governmental departments, and corporates.
•Support youth mental health projects, school outreach, and initial assessments of casework.
•Assist in administrative and logistic support for MHPSS and training, including Psychological First Aid (PFA) training, emergency operations, psychoeducation programmes, and volunteer activities.
•Assist in emergency operation services, drills, public events, and volunteer services and activities.
•Provide administrative support, including statistic and data entry, progress reporting and meeting minutes, inventory control, and prepare other documentary work to support the operational needs.
•Undertake any other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s) from time to time.
Requirements:
•Fresh Graduate or Graduate of Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related disciplines.
•A minimum of 2 years of post-graduation working experience and completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above.
•Volunteering or work experience in the youth social service sector is an advantage.
•Demonstrate a strong interest in mental health or humanity services.
•Keen internet user with high proficiency in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
•Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
•Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure.
•Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
•Five-day work per week, may need to perform duties on weekends or evenings if required.

Contract Period: 1 year (renewable)
