Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Assistant Manager to organize and execute activities / programmes related to physical health, fitness & sport and mental wellness in Community Health Education Project (CHEP).
- Support the programmes promotion and publicity
- Handle daily operational and administrative duties, as well as financial logistics and inventory management.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including volunteers, different service teams and local partners etc, to ensure smooth collaboration and programme delivery and explore development opportunity.
- Assist the Assistant Manager to prepare statistics and reports for internal reference or for subvention bodies.
- Provide support to activities / events / projects of Agency or Service unit.
- Carry out ad hoc projects and assignments when required.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager and / or Manager and / or Senior manager of CMHS.
Requirements:
- Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above
- Bachelor degree related to health or sports is an advantage
- Knowledge of programme planning and delivery is preferred.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office and Excel)
- Responsible, well organized and good communication skills.

Contract period: 1 year (Renewable)
