Job Description

Job Description:

  • Lead logistics administration, including shipment documents and purchase orders.
  • Manager orders and ensure timely delivery to target sites.
  • Oversee supply chain operations: procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Handle chemical, consumable, and apparatus orders; manager quotations and price negotiations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for item availability and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet business demands and minimize excess stock. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and order statuses.
  • Optimze shipping processes and support order processing, tracking, and troubleshooting shipment issues.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance for supplier evaluations and reviews and communicate with internal departments for transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or senior management.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Holder higher diploma or above is welcome, though applicanst with Bachelor's degree in Life Science discipline are highly preferable.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in purchasing and vendors' management in hospital, laboratory or clinical setting is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Experience with handling temperature sensitive / perishable goods is preferable.
  • Be able to comprehend and follow written SOP in plain English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiant in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) and supply chain management software.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for sustainanility and attention to details.
