Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end, guest-centric product strategies that align with organizational goals, integrating digital and physical touchpoints for a seamless experience.
• Own and drive digital product initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business priorities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, developers, and vendors to gather requirements, align expectations, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes, product performance, or guest experiences, analyzing data and risks to propose and implement effective solutions.
• Optimize the guest journey across direct and trade e-commerce channels, delivering intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers to foster professional growth and strengthen the product team’s capabilities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor strategies, and evolving guest expectations to ensure products remain innovative and competitive.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale e-commerce projects, preferably in ticketing, hospitality, or related industries.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across all organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to align diverse, cross-functional teams toward common goals.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to analyze challenges, evaluate options, and implement practical solutions.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Knowledge of the theme park, hospitality, or resort industry is a significant advantage.
