Product Manager / Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead product optimization and iteration for our precious metals trading platform (App & Web), enhancing user experience, speed, and stability.
• Drive product vision and roadmap, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and draft product documentation (PRD, user flows, prototypes).
• Own product lifecycle: define KPIs (conversion, retention, engagement), run A/B tests and data analysis to iterate.
• Coordinate across departments (design, tech, ops) to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Monitor post-launch performance, address user feedback, and align with technical teams on iterative improvement.
• Participate in innovation planning and incubate new trading models or tech-driven financial products.
• Refine internal product workflows, raise standardization, and improve team efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Master's preferred. Background in Computer Science, FinTech, Financial Engineering, IS Management, or E-commerce a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years independently owning full product lines or trading platforms.
• Familiarity with the logic, compliance, and user habits of FX, derivatives, or metals trading platforms preferred.
• Experience with top-tier financial institutions or securities firms is a plus.
• Deep understanding of fintech and related tech solutions: auto-trading, risk control, dashboards, business monitoring, etc.
• Proficient in tools like Axure, Figma, Sketch; basic UI/UX knowledge and data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to manage complex projects in fast-paced settings.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on both innovation (0→1) and growth/optimization (1→N).
• Experience in cross-border platforms, blockchain or Web3 is a bonus.
• Fluent in English (must work with global teams); Mandarin fluency is an advantage.
