The Opportunity

As a Product Manager with Chinese Pharmaceuticals (HK) Co., Limited, you will play a vital role in shaping the development and success of our innovative pharmaceutical products. Based in our office in Kwun Tong, this full-time position will see you lead the strategic planning and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer pain points and opportunities for new product development
  • Define product requirements, features and roadmaps that align with our business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our R&D, marketing, and sales teams to bring new products to market
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement enhancements to optimise the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy
  • Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and performance to key stakeholders

    • What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and optimising existing ones
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development life cycles
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or life sciences
