Job Responsibilities:

• Define, track & analyze product & growth metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
• Define, track & analyze product & growth metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
• Work closely with other Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers and related parties to ensure a high-quality product is built
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative product features
• Conduct product growth experiments and product optimization to drive overall company growth
• Cooperate with marketing on full funnel marketing partnership & cooperation, understand their needs and build internal or third-party tools and help them succeed
• Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into product development process
• Quantitative & qualitative research to empower a customer centric mentality for product team

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience Strong MVP and startup mindset
• Experienced in shipping and building a product from scratch
• Experienced in A/B testing methodologies & growth modelling
• Able to communicate product visions clearly across teams
• Able to lead, impact and drive alignment without formal authority
• Data evangelist, able to spot trends and identify potential growth opportunities
• Customer-centric and make decisions based on a combination of empathy, market landscape and data
• Design, computer science, statistics or marketing background preferred
