Product Manager , IT Department 產品經理崗 (零售業務)

Job Responsibilities:
 

• 制作需求文档、产品原型并与开发人员沟通，协助开发人员完成业务梳理，跟踪并推进产品开发进度；
• 负责制定互联网金融产品愿景和路线图、原型设计、竞品分析、效果评估等及产品迭代升级、推广应用、持续优化等全生命周期维护；
• 熟悉并理解相关各业务流程, 特别在股票和基金交易或其他海外交易市场，以及其他相关IT产品管理，确保提出最优化的和最有效的业务流程和技术方案；
• 跟踪和协调需求周期，协助业务做验收测试；
• 上级指示的其他职责。

Job Requirements:
 

• 本科以上学历，计算机科学，信息技术类、电子与信息类、信息与通信工程类、软件工程、金融类等专业知识背景；
• 1年及以上相关金融系统开发/项目管理/系统分析/软件需求分析等经验，具相关证券交易周期知识；
• 熟悉股票基金理财等产品特性和交易规则，熟悉交易软件和交易柜台等相关系统的使用；
• 有投资者服务经验、熟悉海外市场产品和规则更佳；
• 工作积极主动，乐于分享，具有良好的逻辑思维及语言表达能沟通力和团队协作精神
