Job Responsibilities:

·      Develop products by working closely with Design and Brand teams

·      Manage the whole product development process from design to sample execution

·      Identify vendors for the development and production of the finalized designs

·      Communicate with vendors concerning Tech Packages and aesthetics to ensure alignment on development expectations

·      Leading cost negotiation with vendors as it pertains to preliminary costing

·      Work with immediate superiors on Product Development and costing

·      Manage samples delivery and quality to meet the required standards

·      Execution of order placements to the suppliers for timely delivery

Job Requirements:

·      Over 5 years' experience in product development and sourcing

·      Experience in Sourcing and able to make a good judgment in supplier selection

·      Excellent WATCH manufacturing knowledge and quality standards

·      Good interpersonal & communication skills
