Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Organize specification document, develop budget files for project
  • Assist to alternate sourcing, pricing, technical specification
  • Issue tender, verify and input evaluation and analysis document
  • Issue and follow up purchase order based on projects budget, schedule and quality requirement
  • Process payments accurately
  • Report procurement status to project team in a regular basis
  • Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure timely delivery, installation and receiving as per approved and prescribed procedure.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder / University Graduate or relevant certificate in purchasing will be an advantage
  • 1-2 years' project procurement experience in a sizable organization or hotel industry; experiences on overseas projects is a plus
  • Knowledge in budgeting and costing is an advantage
  • Good communicators, customer service minded and good negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in interior design, construction industries or hospitality industries will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Other procurement ERP knowledge is also considered
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
