Procurement Officer (stationed at Heshan)

Responsibilities:

• To support Procurement Manager all procurement and logistics support functions
• Responsible for sourcing and replenishment of inventory needs for factory use
• Liaising with vendors and internal departments for sourcing electrical materials
• Manage supplier database
• Maintain warehouse in good order and perform data analysis on stock level
• Prepare and manage order administration for China factory
• Create and verify vendor orders in internal IT and ERP system

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above preferably with diploma in procurement management or supply chain management
• At least 2 years relevant experience in procurement and logistic functions
• Experience in China Factory operation is preferable
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in PC operations:- Email, MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Detail-minded, self-initiative and capable to work under pressure
