Project Manager

Project Assistant


Employer:

Our client is a well-established contractor with a diverse portfolio of business, encompassing commercial interior fitting out, A&A work, etc. Currently, they are expanding their PM team with an experienced Project Manager and a Project Assistant to support.


Project Manager

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the entire project to ensure compliance with quality standards, legal regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients and subcontractors to support site progress, maintain production quality, manage timelines, and control costs.
  • Participate in site inspections and project meetings.
  • Develop and continuously update short-term schedules, master project timelines, and track submission deadlines for materials and shop drawings.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above holder in Construction Management, Interior Design, Building Studies or related discipline
  • Min. 5+ years of experience in Retail interior fitting outprojects.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work on-site regularly.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.


Project Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Support the Project Manager throughout the entire project cycle.
  • Assist on project-related documentation.
  • Communicate and collaborate with property management, corporate teams, subcontractors, and skilled labor to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above holder in Construction Management, Interior Design, Building Studies or related discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work on-site regularly.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
