Performance Marketing Officer (Paid Media)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Officer (Paid Media) to join our dynamic marketing team at Perfect Health Clinic Limited. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels. Based in our Mong Kok office, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our paid media strategy to ensure maximum return on investment and audience engagement.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute highly targeted paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other relevant channels
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to continuously improve results
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align paid media activities with overall marketing strategy and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective
• Produce detailed reports and insights to inform decision-making and showcase the impact of our paid media efforts
• Support the development and implementation of new paid media initiatives and tactics

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in performance marketing and managing successful paid media campaigns, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels
• Proficient in data analysis, campaign optimisation, and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A creative and data-driven mindset to continuously test and improve campaign strategies
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred
