Job Description

職位描述:

  • 於檢查或手術前及後期照顧病人

  • 協助即將進行檢查或手術的病人進行術前準備

  • 照顧及監察病人檢查或手術後的情況，提供適當協助

  • 協助病人與醫生之間的溝通

  • 處理醫療文件

  • 解答病人查詢與及預約

  • 協助醫生進行門診工作 (包括跟症, 預約, 收費等)

  • 確保病人的服務流程順暢

  • 其他一般診所助理工作

 

工作要求:

  • DSE 程度或以上

  • 懂中文輸入法

  • 做事態度細心、有禮及主動

  • 須有良好的服務態度以及顧客服務技巧

  • 中心提供充分的入職培訓, 無經驗者亦可申請

 

5天半工作天 (逢星期一至六)

由上午7:45至晚上7時內，其中9小時上班時間

星期日及公眾假期休息

另設勤工獎、有薪年假、醫療津貼及酌情花紅
