Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle order processing which includes preparing of quotations, order entry, purchasing, invoicing & price updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to handle inbound and outbound shipments.
- Oversee stock control, maintain stock levels, manage stock returns & prepare inventory reports.
- Conduct month-end process, update system data updating and prepare sales and order backlog reports.
- Ensure internal controls are consistently and accurately maintained in accordance with company requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply and Logistics or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.) is essential.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (including Chinese typing) and English; conversational Mandarin is required.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
