Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage operations team of furniture division
  • Be responsible for logistics system development
  • Working onsite at event venues occasionally to supervise the operations
  • Be responsible for sourcing suppliers and factories
  • Assist in events management and project management
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients and contractors
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by company


Requirements:

  • Diploma/associate degree with 3 years solid warehouse or operations management
  • Having work experience in furniture related companies is desirable.
  • Be capable of communicating with staff at all levels
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
  • Good knowledge in computer software.
  • Be responsible, self-initiative, and able to work under pressure and overtime
  • Immediate or short notice candidates are preferable
