Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage operations team of furniture division
- Be responsible for logistics system development
- Working onsite at event venues occasionally to supervise the operations
- Be responsible for sourcing suppliers and factories
- Assist in events management and project management
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and contractors
- Perform any other duties as assigned by company
Requirements:
- Diploma/associate degree with 3 years solid warehouse or operations management
- Having work experience in furniture related companies is desirable.
- Be capable of communicating with staff at all levels
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
- Good knowledge in computer software.
- Be responsible, self-initiative, and able to work under pressure and overtime
- Immediate or short notice candidates are preferable
