Operation Officer

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our client properties
2. Monitoring and managing the onsite team for the smooth operation
3. Document supports for the OM (Including the Monthly report, HR document, training document)
4. Willing to go to the different site to work.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a facilities management or operations role, preferably within the real estate or property industry
2. Proficiency in using MS office , writing in English and Chinese
3. Team work and good communication skill is needed.
4. Immediate available is an advantage
5. Experience in Cleaning Industry will e an advantage
