Operation and Maintenance Manager (Ref.: M/25/969)

Requirements:

• Corporate Member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA); or the Institution of Plant Engineers (IPlantE); or the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) for building operation and maintenance related discipline or equivalent;
• Have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience as Construction Manager or Site Agent in the use of NEC contracts; or be an accredited or certified NEC Project Manager or Service Manager recognized by an international or local construction-related professional institution/institute; have successfully completed a recognized training course for NEC Project Manager or Service Manager;
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in operation and maintenance works of which at least 3 years’ working experience as an operation and maintenance manager responsible for chiller plant related facility management or DCS operation and maintenance.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
