Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network projects, draft technical proposals and handle project documentations;
• Work with project manager or consultant against vendors and customers closely to ensure necessary project matters;
• Handle fault calls, emergency call out support service is required on shift basis;
• Work with different teams, suppliers, vendors and users to deliver assigned tasks on schedule and to run daily operations smoothly
• Provide pre-sale support and end-user training;
• Travel to China is required’
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related discipline
• At least 3-year experience in network implementations, co-ordination and operation
• In-depth technical knowledge in Routing and Switching, Security and VoIP system
• Hands-on experience in intermediate Routing & Switching technologies
• CCNA certified, with CCNP certification as an advantage
• Self-motivated, result oriented, and good interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese/Putonghua
