Media Operation Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the incubation of IPs on multiple platforms and the whole - process management of accounts, including building and certifying overseas mainstream social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, RED, TikTok, etc.) from scratch.
2. Coordinate the whole process of content planning, copywriting, short - video shooting assistance, post - editing, and publishing for personal IP accounts.
3. Maintain platform interactions, monitor user comments and private messages on various media platforms.
4. Keep up with social media trends and monitor algorithm updates and traffic rules on each platform to optimize content strategies.

5. Conduct basic data analysis on each platform (core indicators such as exposure volume, interaction rate, fan growth, etc.), regularly create simple data packages; assist superiors in adjusting the operation direction.
   
   
   
   

   Job Requirements:

   1. A bachelor's degree or above. Students from local universities in Hong Kong will be given priority consideration.

   2. Be good at conceiving innovative ideas and transforming them into distinctive and

      attractive creative content.

   3. Have artistic sensitivity .
   4. Be passionate about social media video production and have relevant academic qualifications or experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
   5. Must be familiar with design and editing software tools and the basic operations of social platforms.
   6. Have the ability to create content in both Chinese and English.
   7. Have a positive and proactive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and good teamwork spirit.
   8. Hold a permanent identity card of Hong Kong.

   9. Those who can start work immediately are preferred.

      Work Location: Tsuen Wan West

      Employment Type: Full - time

      Working Hours: 9:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
