Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations of e-Commerce platform. Manage content management system and monitor website performance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Plan and execute e-Commerce promotion and campaign. Learn & execute all aspects of e-commerce activity.
• Data analysis and reporting: collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data, includes sales and traffic. Generate reports and present key findings to management. Using data insights, identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Work closely with operation team and logistic team to ensure smooth e-Commerce development.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop online marketing strategies.
• Work with design team in the production of promotion materials, optimize product listings and imagery for better visibility and sales.
• Support e-Commerce platform enhancements, include ad hoc projects and web development by submitting tickets to IT team.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related discipline
• Min 3 years or above experience gained from retail industry or e-Commerce
• Strong knowledge in digital marketing (e.g. Google Analytics), e-Commerce, lifestyle brands and retailers is highly preferred
• Experience in China Market is highly preferred
• Mature, pro-active, creative, dynamic, and have sense of beauty with positive working attitude
• A team player, self-motivated and able to work in a fast pace working environment
• Hard working, detail-minded, motivated and willing to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS office and Chinese typing
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Chinese
