Responsibilities
Financial Performance: Manage financial models, budgets, valuations, and performance analysis to achieve financial targets for the portfolio of logistic property assets (in Hong Kong and PRC).
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute asset business plans to drive value through revenue growth and cost control.
Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and capital projects to ensure efficient and compliant asset performance as well as the ESG initiatives. Negotiate with potential and existing tenants for new lease and tenancy renewal issues
Stakeholder Reporting: Act as the main point of contact; prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management and external partners. Perform market analysis and research on latest market trends and intelligence
Transaction Support: Support acquisition, disposition, and refinancing activities through analysis and due diligence.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Real Estate / Finance / Accounting / Property Management / Surveying or related disciplines
- With RICS is an advantage
- Around 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in logistics property sector or commercial property sector
- Proficient in financial modelling related to logistic property assets
- Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mind and sense of responsibility
- Strong market analysis, report writing skill and sound presentation skills are highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Package will be commensurate with experience.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager - Asset Management.
