Overview

Our Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their leadership skills in a dynamic environment. This program offers hands-on experience across multiple departments, mentorship from industry leaders, and opportunities to tackle real business challenges.

What You'll Do

• Participate in a program spanning different lines of business, gaining exposure to key business functions.

• Collaborate on projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams.

• Work closely with senior management team, receiving guidance and insights into strategic decision-making.

• Complete a capstone project that addresses a real business challenge, culminating in a presentation to senior management.

Qualifications

• Final year students or recent graduates with a Bachelor's Degree or above and less than 2 years of experience.

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Have a passion for learning and a drive to succeed in a leadership role.

• Be proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
