Job Description

Requirements

  • University degree in business management, communications, public relations or related subject;
  • Maximum 9 months full time working experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to deal with complex and multiple tasks; and
  • Versatile in issues management and handling crises and complaints;
  • Well versed in MS office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word processing)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in corporate management, regulatory compliancing, logistics, human resource, risk management, public relation etc. in relation to construction projects;
  • Assist to oversee all public relations matters and provide communication support and services;
  • Implement communication and digitisation programmes to enhance local and overseas business;
  • Plan and organize human resources prior to start of construction projects;
  • Plan and oversee logistics for local and overseas projects;
  • Assist to oversee and monitor financial cash flow;
  • Assist in compliance of listed company regulations
